We have provided you with 2 weeks worth of meal plans and recipes to help you on your journey through this program (please see nutritional guidelines). Although these meal plans will support you in your process, they are not absolute. You do not have to follow them to a tee, but keep in mind that they were created to help support your weight loss efforts.
